Curried Lentil Soup
This recipe is really good. When I saw references to this recipe on two different blogs I read, I thought I better try it out too! I suggest a chunk of hearty bread to go with it.

Yummy, I love lentil soup but I've never tried to make it myself...
I have many recipes for different types of lentil soup -- with brown and red lentils. Always makes for a delicious meal with crusty bread. Yum! Happy day to you. Tammy
